WhatsApp & email automation
Capture leads from WhatsApp clicks automatically. Send triggered email sequences for every key event — powered by AWS SES from your FactoryOS account.
WhatsApp — Level 1: Click Tracking
Always on. Every WhatsApp button click on your portal is tracked and creates a lead in your Leads Inbox with source = WhatsApp. No setup needed — just add your number in Portal Editor → Contact.
WhatsApp — Level 2: Meta Cloud API Growth
Full two-way WhatsApp integration. Connects your WhatsApp Business number via Meta's official Cloud API.
What it enables
- Inbound messages automatically create contacts + leads
- Full conversation history in the lead detail panel
- Reply to WhatsApp from within the FactoryOS dashboard
- Auto-reply with approved message templates on first contact

Browser push notifications alert you instantly when something important happens — even when the FactoryOS tab is closed. Powered by OneSignal.
Enabling Push
Click the bell icon (🔔) in the top-right of any dashboard page → Settings tab → Enable Push Notifications. Your browser will prompt for permission — click Allow. Once enabled, the bell icon turns orange.
What triggers a push
| Event | Notification | Default |
|---|---|---|
| New Lead | Buyer name + source (portal/WhatsApp) | On |
| Proposal Viewed | Buyer opened your proposal | On |
| Proposal Accepted | Buyer accepted your quote | On |
| Intelligence Alert | New RFQ or tender matching your industry | On |
| Payment Alert | Billing events, renewal reminders | On |
| Deal Update | Pipeline stage changes | Off |
| Weekly Digest | Summary of week's activity | On |
Managing Preferences
Click the bell icon → Settings tab to toggle individual notification types on/off. Click Save Preferences to apply. The Activity tab in the same dropdown shows your last 20 notifications with timestamps — clicking any item navigates to the relevant page.
