Dashboard → Portal → ✨ FactoryIQ AI Generate. AI writes your tagline, about section, and SEO description using your company context. Review and save.
Share your portal link
Add it to your email signature, visiting card QR, IndiaMART description, LinkedIn bio, and WhatsApp status. Your portal is at app.factoryos.co/p/your-slug.
First lead arrives → log it in CRM
Portal form submissions land in Leads Inbox automatically. Open the lead, move it to CRM, create a deal. When ready to quote, click Create Proposal from the deal.
Onboarding Flow
The 3-step onboarding runs the first time you sign in. Each step takes under 60 seconds.
Step 1 — Company Details
Enter company name, industry, city, and choose your portal slug. The slug becomes your portal URL: app.factoryos.co/p/your-slug. Check availability in real time.
Step 2 — AI Content Extraction
- Upload Brochure (PDF) — AI scans and extracts product names, descriptions, tagline, and company info automatically.
- Describe in text — Type 2–3 sentences about what you manufacture. AI generates your products and content.
- Skip — Add products manually from the Portal Editor after setup.
Step 3 — Preview & Publish
See a live preview of your portal. Click Publish My Portal to go live. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately.
